Dear 1st Trustee and 2nd Trustee,

Galatians 4:16
16. Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

Some of our guests were upset to learn that you chose not to hand over to us their packaged, wrapped, and carded gifts.

If, as you assert, you have done nothing wrong, then it implies that our guests must have been entirely at fault.

You must show that our guests are mistaken, or wrong, in their:

Each card represents a title to property. By writing on these cards, you altered the title. Altering title without the consent of the guests renders the transfer of title invalid. The property must be returned to each guest in its original form, which is yet to occur.

By wrongfully depriving the guests of their property, you commit trespass to conversion, a lawful concept that applies no matter how good your intentions or apparently well-founded your belief that this tortious act was right.

Definitions

trespass
A wrongful act against property.

conversion
Unlawful assumption of ownership.

trespass to conversion
A wrongful act that deprives the owner of their just possession.

tort
A wrongful act for which a remedy may be obtained.

Do you really believe that?

Romans 14:12
12. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

2 Corinthians 5:10
10. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Leviticus 5:17
17. And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

Leviticus 6:2-5
2. If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the LORD, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour;
3. Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein:
4. Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found,
5. Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering.

Ezekiel 33:13-19
13. When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.
14. Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
15. [If] the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.
16. None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
17. Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.
18. When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.
19. But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.

In love and sincerity,

Bride
